My comment about United Air Lines has some justification. My flight into Denver got delayed and I arrived in Denver after my connecting flight to L.A. had already left. But, not to worry, the computer had automatically booked on a flight to San Francisco connecting to L.A. The only problem was the computer put me on a flight that arrived in S.F. at 9:25 p.m. and the connecting flight to L.A. left at 9:20. Fortunately, the human being at customer service was able to change me to another flight and I got back only 3 hours late.

yeah, vacations are definitely too short....
that sucks what happen in your delayed flight...

but a vacation again to Japan...now that would be so very nice...

Guys, I totally need your help cuz I screwed myself over. K, so I used to work with this guy and we were really not that close. I met him in school and helped him out with a few classes. I would actually stay after class to help this guy out. I think he's really hot!!! N-E-ways, eventually we ended up in the same work place. I worked with him for about a month. I was supposed to go work for another company with him. He told me he would call me to tell me when we were supposed to start working together but he never did. So I called him after a few weeks passed and left him a message telling him I was gonna stay in the same company and work with another guy. The reason I did this is b/c I thought he didn't wanna work with me. I didn't go back to the old company though. He didn't respond. So I called him today and he told me the reason why he hadn't called me was cause he has had health problems and that he hasn't started work yet. I was pissed!!!!! Before his health problems started, he was telling me that he wanted to work with me and he was pretty much begging me to go to the new company with him, and now he just tells me that he will be working at the new company in a week from today. I wanna work with him but I don't wanna seem like Im crawling back to him. It would be best if he asked me to go work with him so I don't look like an idiot. But he thinks im gonna quit and go work for another company that is not the one he is gonna work for. HELP!!!! How do I get him to ask me to go work with him again???

Unless it will affect your working relationship, whether or not you beg for the job really makes no difference. In the end, it's all about the paycheck. And IIRC, you dont have a paycheck right now.

Ultimately, you'll need to choose, your ego, or a paycheck.. if that's the problem.
