A 52-year-old Visalia man was arrested Saturday night, charged with taking sexual photos of an adult female at Kohl's department store, police reported.
Visalia police Sgt. Russ Skadan said Oscar Angel Gutierrez, 52, of Visalia took pictures up the skirt of a woman who was viewing a display item. She was on the main floor of the Kohl's store, in the 2200 block of Mooney Boulevard in Visalia.
"Somebody else noticed it, then they chased him out of the store," Skadan said. "He only made it to the parking lot."
Has this guy ever been to Japan?

How was your weekend krim? Just got back to work today.. Feels like hell. I feel like my head is going to be chewed off later since I forgot to prepare a lot of stuff in my absence.

The SF Marathon was limited. We didn't get to ride the trolley, go to Japantown and Gihardelli Square. We just went to Lombard Ave (that damn steep incline of a road) Union Square and shopped. I can't believe he totally bought me $450 worth of goodies from Sephora. Hehehehe, and that's aside from the clothes shopping. Then we went to The Hyatt Regency to have dinner at Equinox then went to an Irish pub and got slightly drunk. We went to the Golden Gate the following day on our way to his cousin's wedding. Totally awesome, loved the weather. But slightly felt congested. For some weird reason, I like LA more...
I'll have to dig up that magazine clip, but there's a picture with a buncha cars gridlocked and the caption says "Once you're in L.A., you'll never leave."

the actual city of san francisco is so tightly packed....it's a pain to drive around there especially during rush hour....much moreso than driving on the surface streets in los angeles.....and the parkin' in s.f. is a nightmare of kyoko fukada-like porportions....

Fukakyon like??? KOWAIIII.. We were at the Hilton so driving wasn't a pain, it was just 2 blocks away from Union Square. Parking was highway robbery though. $45 overnight even if we were guests of the hotel. We took a cab to Hyatt and omigod. The cabs in LA have nothing compared to SF cab drivers.

If you were to go to the city and know that somebody is going to shoulder ALL of your expenses.. wouldn't that be nice nice too? Hehehehe. I wished I went to a decent Japanese restaurant considering that there's a lot of fresh seafood there.

yeah instead of getting stuck in traffic on the freeways...you enjoy getting stuck in traffic on the bridges...
i hated that sh*t when i lived there....
Eeek, traffic on bridges. Doesn't sound pleasant at all. I think I'll stick with my comfortable suburbanite area, thanks very much. I don't go into LA very often, but if I do, I dread it. Especially on the 101. _________________

yeah the 101 is pretty ass...but so are the 405 and the 5 ....hell they all suck ^_^...but if you know your way around you can at least ditch the freeway and hit the streets.....when you're on a bridge....you're pretty much outta luck.
