Donald Trump is set to sue �gThe View�h host Rosie O�fDonnell, Access Hollywood can reveal.
Earlier this afternoon Trump announced he is filing suit against the TV talk show host. �gShe says things that come to her mouth, she�fs not smart, she�fs crude, she�fs ignorant and to be honest I look forward to suing Rosie,�h he told our cameras. �gI�fm gonna sue her and I look forward to it. She�fs really very dangerous for the show.�h
Trump declined to elaborate on the details of his proposed legal filings, but added O�fDonnell will understand his reasoning. �gRosie will find out what we�fre suing her for. She knows what we�fre suing her for,�h he said adding the lawsuit is already in the works. �gIt�fs something I look very forward to,�h he added.
Earlier today, Rosie attacked Trump, branding him a �gsnake-oil salesman�h and calling his staging of a press conference, in which he decided to allow Miss USA, Tara Conner to keep her crown a publicity stunt. Trump allowed Conner to keep her title Tuesday following a wave of reports and criticism over her engagement in underage drinking.
�gBecause his show �eThe Apprentice�f is starting again in January, he held a big press conference to see if he was going to allow Miss USA, such a prestigious title,�h Rosie said on �gThe View�h while rolling her eyes. �gIt�fs basically a model competition ... They have one question in Miss USA, yeah and they�fre like �eI�fd like to cure cancer and end world hunger — and then I�fd like to go to Studio 54 and do some crack.�f�h
Rosie continued her rant lashing out at Donald Trump�fs decision to give Tara Conner a second chance. �gThere he is, hair looping, going everyone, everyone deserves a second chance,�h she began. �gHe�fs the moral authority? Left the first wife, had an affair, left the second wife, had an affair, had kids both times, but he�fs the moral compass for twenty year olds in America. Donald, sit and spin, my friend.�h
She also said she expected him to sue her but added �ghe�fll probably be bankrupt by that time so I won�ft have to worry.�h
In turn, Trump, who became aware of the Rosie comments earlier this morning, branded her �ga loser.�h �gRosie�fs been a loser for a long time,�h he told Access. Her magazine failed, she got sued. She folded up like a tent.�h
He also sent a stern warning over O�fDonnell�fs outburst and suggested she watch her partner.
�gRosie is somebody out of control who really just doesn�ft have it and she ought to be careful because I�fll send one of my friends to pick up her girlfriend and I think it would be very easy,�h he said.

Her show failed when it was a talk show, the ratings went very, very, very low and very bad, and she got essentially thrown off television. I mean she's basically a disaster."
Donald went on to say he'll "probably sue Rosie because she doesn't tell the facts." "As an example, I'm worth many billions of dollars," he said. "It's very simple. She said I was bankrupt. I never went bankrupt. I never filed bankruptcy. Probably I'll sue her because it would be fun, and I'd like to take some money out of her fat *** pockets."
