Um, Sapporo is a Japanese beer, so it was a bit of a surprise that it was a product of Canada hehe

Weird. I bought a few of those. I knew they were brewed in Canada and even distributed to the US, but all the way to Australia, it doesn't make any sense. It's produced by Sleeman and they are in Ontario (Eastern part). It means, the beer has to travel across Canada by truck or train, then cross the Pacific ocean. That can't be cheaper than importing it straight from Japan. Crazy

I'm giving my cousin a birthday card with $25. A $20 check, 4 dollar bills, and various coins adding up to one dollar. I'm sure she'll have a thrill opening that up. Big Grin

Arigato, Keps and Tabana!

I was really worried about my progress, since there's little information about marking scheme and my colleagues seem to be veterans in the field. Sweat

I'm doing good so far. Hopefully I can keep it up. Fingers crossed I just spent the entire day doing half an assignment and it was way more difficult than I thought. Sweat

Make sure you wrap it up with 2 or 3 rolls worth of packaging tape. Twisted

I picked up two Sapporo beers, which I hadn't tried before... when I got them home and opened one, i noticed at the bottom in big black letters " PRODUCT OF CANADA".

Huh? Beaten
Dropped by the Mitsuwa in LittleTokyo today, and sure enough, on the Sapporo box it said, "Product of Canada". So I checked out Asahi and it said, "Brewed under Asahi supervision by Molson of Canada" Shake Head
But the worst was the Kirin, it said, "Product of Anheuser/Busch, Los Angeles, Ca." Shocked I wonder how much extra people are paying for this "imported" beer?!!?
