Then you should cross out #2 and #3 if you want to do #1; possibly #1 and #4 together.
#2 is unrelated cause what i meant was going back to 'home' country.
the only was it is related is 1+1=2. cause when i finish my assignments, i can start studying. then pass my exams with flying colours and THEN i can go home!

Which dvd burner did you get eltinator?
At first I had the Pioneer DVR-A07U retail box but then I decided to go for the OEM ver of that DVR-107D. People on dvdrhelp seemed to promote that more so I ended up with that. OEM was cheaper too, $88!

haha yea, leading company in dvd burners. So far it's been nice to me, I did run into a bad burn while authoring a DVD but I was burning with tmpg dvd author and at the same time I was demultiplexing another video and running bittorent so I can't fault the burner for that.

hahaha install and play around with it man! I'm trying to figure out how to convert my SVCDs into DVDs right now. It's a real pain, tmpgenc doesn't like taking my mpeg-2 files -_- I went through 2 guides that failed for me already *sigh*

Why do you want to convert SVCD to DVD? Or do you mean putting multiple SVCD movies/clips onto on DVD?

Basically I was going to make a SVCD-DVD but then I figured it would be better to just make it a standard DVD so it will play nearly everywhere. But the conversion of a SVCD into a DVD is driving me nuts. I had a real easy way to do it with tmpgenc plus but that thing for some reason will not encode my mpeg-2 file and instead crash 2 seconds into the encode even after I loaded it up every mpeg-2 codec possible. *sigh*
EDIT: Wait nm, I think I just came up with an idea and it seems to be working!!

I want to buy water boys the movie and ask a lady in this video shop...
