Actually, that's for a sore throat... And it works quite well.

But I don't think it'll help a cough at all...

You've gotta drink hot liquids like tea and honey or honey and lemon to help break up the phlegm and suck on hard candies (Jolly Ranchers, e.g.) to keep your throat coated and from drying out...

Really? It always seems to get rid of phlegm whenever I did it. But yeah, I agree that liquids are a must.

feels like most of the flem is outta my throat and now it doesnt feel like there is a tube down my neck.

that's pretty sad. in japan, there's people out at all kinds of time. there were cute chicks walking around at midnight and later when i was there. that was something i'd almost never see here in hawaii.

perhaps he was sleepwalking, but it is a tragedy.

i slept most of the day, and i felt alot better when i woke up
but my baby cousin got hurt on his way home from skool
so i had to go to the hospital and see about him , and now my stomach hurts
its the smell of that place that makes me ill.
