I upgraded my cellie to the Motorola Razr V3 today
hey kou,
did you order the razr off yahoo the last week? they were having a web-special offer that you get the phone free (minus a $175 rebate) after a 2 yr sub. when the phone 1st came out this spring (i think) it was about $350!!!
The reason i remember was i was sort of thinking about getting one as well.

I like that part, a free phone

...but I dislike 2-yr contracts. I feel like I'm stuck with nowhere to turn. I'm currently in a 2-yr contract with Verizon and I have to wait until the end of the year before I can change.

Nah, I went in the store and upgraded. I've already had T-Mobile for years and had no interest in changing companies. I got a $50 mail-in rebate for it. I hate contracts
$350? I thought I saw it for up to $450 at the very beginning. It's a great phone so far.....and a fun toy

We are definately asian (1 persian, sorry if i spelled that wrong). We 4got to bring some stuff, wasn't prepared enough (took us 3 hrs to get to a spot only 45 min away. My friends forgot to get flash lights, my friend's car had some problems and the person who took over as the driver forgot his stuff at home and had to drive back to his house and then back to my friend's house.... )
Just happy to be home now, it was fun, but happy to be home _________________

yea....she clamps me down, but at least I was able to go this time
Moving out....I would like the idea more if I got $$$ to pay for apartment, food, and all that. I'll have to learn how to cook food like my mom before moving out _________________

yea, must be tough dealing with overproctective, traditional parents. My last ex-gf's parents were a bit like that, more traditional if anything,
my parents are cool now, but i am a bit older now.
for you, it must be really tough, if you have any sisters. They must be extremely cautious with girls in the family.

Thats good that your parents aren't that overprotective anymore
I got a younger brother and thats it. I'm so happy I don't have a younger sister, will be too much trouble _________________

yea, could you imagine if you did, your so called sister wouldn't be able to do anything. must be tough for your younger brother though. But in ten years, you and him will be more independant and probably outta the house by then. sounds like your parents are strict.

I can't begin to imagine what it'll be like....for my younger brother, he gets to do a lot more just cause his grades are better, definately seems like he is spoiled more though just cause of grades. He asks for too much
If I had a younger sister, she probably would've followed my brother's example and get spoiled too _________________

yea, tough on the oldest one, strict traditional parents would like a good role model for the younger, spoiled one.....
not good to play favorites ya know...i wouldn't want that for my future children, good to be fair to all of them as best you can.
did some hiking? take any pix of the scenery? where'd you hike to?

DIdn't do any hiking. My friends did, two of them got stung by bees. One got stung 3 times the other 2 times. Heard of all of them fell down....one got hit in the eye with a twig or stick, like a scratch, the one who got stung 3 times had lots of scratches on his legs and the one who got stung 2 times if I remember right almost fell down into the creek or stream.... We didn't bring any cameras with us. We camped at Sanborn, up past Saratoga Ave where that one street with all these nice restuarants were. _________________
