Yes it means I love you. Usually used by girls.....not sure if guys use it. Maybe if they are saying it to girls older then them, though I think they still say anh

@Krim: I'm going over there to visit my grandma Going to be my first time seeing her and my mom's side of family. I think I'm spending X-mas in Saigon, if not it'll be at my mom's hometown. I never heard of a vietnamese delis closing for a month

I went to school with one of the kids, and they used to take off for a month during summer break... now that everyones outta school, they take off all of January.

the place is always full, and yeah, they're the only ones i know that make enough to close for an entire month. AND still have the customers loyal enough not to change to another place while they close.
