*clickety*clackety*clickety*clackety*
dochski.. that was so hilarious.. Kusanagi-kun as "that guy from SMAP" hahahaha.. why not add "that guy who can speak fluent Korean from SMAP"
and Nakai as "that old dude from SMAP who can't sing" (then again. who can really sing among them?)
then Shingo as "that dude with the blonde hair from SMAP"
then Goro as the ultimate "that guy from SMAP"
i mean gimme a break it's straight up gay that i have to rap about kimura takuya in the smap thread....
just wait when hella fools start busting out threads about kimura takuya because they can't find one....and all the mods start trippin like a muthaf*cker....it's nihonsense i tell ya...
kimura takuya, obviously, a member of smap is so far removed as individual celebrity with his own star power it would be akin to rapping about mark walhberg's acting career in the context of his band marky mark and the funky bunch......

crackin' up, man....hahaha. i did enjoy that movie...never saw the original tho'.....i thought the actors/actresses had a good sense of chemistry that set it apart from the average action flick.

The original with Michael Caine is very British in humor and the ending is quite different from the 2003 version.

^^moreover, as i suggested earlier when i broached this subject...there are so many fuggin' bullshiet threads out there you are going to clamp down on threads that have a regular following which discuss the often burgeoning careers of various individual male celebrities and let some of these ridiculous nonsensical threads persist untouched?
We need those threads.

well this is a really huge forum and if its a tough job for moderaters, those are pretty hard to keep up with just 2 moderators, i assure you on that... then they have to do it. its bad enough to have them deal with idiots and flame wars, but yes thats their job, plus its not only just kimutaku we're talking about, like dochira said, people might think "since he has his own thread why not have my own " you know how many people in JE industry? im pretty sure theyre more than my fingers. but yes if you feel like striking, maybe you should PM the admin and he'll decide whether to cut them down or not.
but then again, i understand with just kimutaku, isnt he more successful in his solo than being with a group? we could give him a chance. i think hes practically a legend in the jdrama field. _________________

thanks for adding your thoughts...i thoroughy respect the position that you and dochira are making....i agree....it would be unseemly to have to start picking and choosing....i just feel like in some cases it makes more sense to have an individual thread, and i used kimura takuya as a best of class example....in any event i exchanged messages with an admin so....not to "strike" as you intimate but just to extend the dialogue on the subject.
