Wow, I'm soo behind on all the artist threads... I think I might have introduced myself before, but it's probably been so long that nobody remembers me, but I'm Andie- and it's nice to meet everybody!

Thanks so much to the links to their handwriting deals! I wish I could read it, but I'm about as literate in Japanese as a 5 year old (I can read hiragana and katakana- but my kanji is AWFUL). Though I have to say, I feel a bit better about my handwriting! Is Aiba's the one with the pictures? I know Nino's is the one with the dots (cuz the kanji for "Ni" is one i can read!). Has anyone posted a translation to those? Would asking for one be too much to ask? Please? I'm just very curious..

I think that what everyone is referring to is the fact that JE has asked fans not to approach any of the boys anymore (like if a fan happens to see them on the street, they are not to go up and bother them- but ignore them). I think it's a reaction to the amount of over-zealous, bad behaving fans that have accumulated y'know the ones that stalk the boys and grab at them and terrify them in general.

I don't think the rule explicitly said "dont' respond to Japanese".

This language thing is too strange to be true (my opinion), the only language that's not Japanese and that Our Boys would understand would be arashian language

those poor guys.. Privacy has become a privilege that they're unable to enjoy! well, its also sad for the fans who have seen them on the streets, yet they can't approach them.. (i'm referring to TRUE fans like us and those in japan and NOT those looney stalkers or *ahem* KT-fans) hehe

What you said was true, and I think the thing is, they don't want the JE boys to be clobbered down with fans everywhere in public. I guess JE wants the fans to keep their distance.
They will respond to English though, as probably less people will speak it and they won't speak so fast to drive the boys crazy. I'm not saying Japanese fans drive them crazy, but Japanese speaking fans are of many, and some will go to desperate measures from their love, right? A celebrity needs to be cautious so I think maybe it's not such a bad rule... if it can protect our boys.

However, from the Arashian forum I've read that they don't respond to fans speaking to them in Japanese. So, it depends who's information is correct. It would be great if someone can find the actual regulation. But my Japanese isn't good enough to decipher it even if I found it.

Concerts are different from public places. They just want to protect the boys from extreme fans in public. The rule may be too extreme, but it was Johnny's rule, so no surprise there, right?

And there's no assumptions. I read it from Arashian. Please visit there. And just to clear it up, I don't like to believe in assumptions, I just want to know all the truth. Like most of us here.

You wouldn't want this happening, right? So I think it's safer to use simple English. Then maybe you can ask 'can I speak Japanese with you?' Maybe a word or a fraze wouldn't hurt... But don't come up to them speaking Japanese in public. You don't want to risk them ignoring you.

i heard that g no arashi is going to be renewed to another programm from next april.
for those who dont know, april is the beginning of the year in japanese terms, and so tv programms will be changed largely due to it.

eg) arashi no wazaari to magomago arashi

and the rumor says that g no arashi is going to be changed to a programme called
"KAT-TUN�Q��"


the above information is just a rumor and i cant take responcibilities for it!
i just hope that g no arashi will continue on a earlier time period so more people can watch it.
