^ I'm sure it will, don't worry about that (o^-')b Next week it'll outsell SUNRISE NIPPON (405,680 - just 12k to go!) and I'm predicting that in three weeks or so it'll outsell Love so sweet (431,949) and become their second best selling ever 8DDD
I'm just hoping truth / KnMe sells as much as SaG and One Love, 'cause I've listened to it and it's for me their best A-side since Sakura Sake <33

they are going to have 3 singles of their 9th original album released, maybe they wanna release a new album for their second asian tour, that could be possible right?
I don't want a best album for them the next year, any chance for them to release their 9th original album this year and then in 2009 their BEST ALBUM, and what could be the big surprise??, maybe a WORLD TOUR for next year, or a song fully in english, from what I heard in their songs, their english is improving, maybe they want to take a chance in the american market and release an english single the next year
I would love to buy their 2nd asian tour in DVD, that concert in the national stadium seems amasing, I want a DVD for that one too
what could be their big surprise... maybe their own produced album, a solo album for each one, it will be wise for start saving money right now, for the 10 anniversary thing

I have no clue on what will they do for their 10th anniversary~ To be honest, I thought they would release a best album this year after realizing how fast did they release Dream"A"live~ XDD I'd say they'll release another single by the end of the year to promote it during those X'mas / New Year SP TV shows (MS Super Live, FNS, Best Artists...), then a brand new original album in spring and hopefully a best album in fall~ Considering they're at their peak and the biggest act in JE right now (not saying they're better than the rest, just saying they're the ones getting more spotlight and stuff) I'm sure they'll do something special next year, but we'll have to wait to know! 8DDD
And also forget about Arashi getting the first 3 spots of the singles yearly ranking because that's not gonna happen XDDD It never happened and it won't happen now~ They're pretty high there, but they're not selling enough to grab the #1 yearly~ Here's the list of the TOP10 so far:

One Love can surpass Kiseki, depending on their longevity, both Arashi's and GReeeeN's. Johnny's sales tend to nosedive after the first week and, although One Love is hanging in there, their sales will drop a lot soon. As you can see, GReeeeN only had a 4k drop last week and Arashi 26k. After a year and a half checking all the charts and stuff I'm getting better at understanding them and predicting, but we'll have to wait to see how it goes~ ^^

I'm hoping they'll release a Best Of album by the end of the year and brand new album next spring though... but we also might get another new single since there were rumors of more drama starring our Arashi members and CMs by them thus possible tie-ins. Not forgetting "Green" too and its a lovely song (but i do feel like its not a single material though.. maybe B-side)
XDDD hoping for top 3 single spot seems impossible yes? We just might get it with Truth/KnMe but its already more than half a year release.
I LOVE TRUTH
this is not the first angsty song by Arashi but it sure feels very different from the happy-happy songs they gave us in recent years. I happen to enjoy their angsty sounding songs more like Carry On and Once Again. The instrumental rock+classic part in the middle is fantastic and their voices fits the song well. The layered verses reminds me of Pikanchi Double but faster & rockier. Subarashii
I'm hoping we'll get a kick-a** PV with this
Kaze no Mukou E is great too. My favourite part is the "oooooyeah~" by Nino right at the beginning. Simple, inspiring and lovely.

Both Love so sweet and One Love (and well, WISH too, but didn't do that well) have had Arashi's strongest tie-ins ever and they ended up selling between 400k and 450k (I don't think One Love will reach the 500k mark), so don't expect truth / KnMe sell 500k~ LSS and OL had the huge HYD tie-in and truth / KnMe is a double A-side with a normal drama and Olympics tie-in, my prediction is that it will sell like 400k like their previous singles.
Arashi will totally outsell KinKi Kids single in total sales (I'm not sure about their recent singles, but since 2005 'til 2007 they've been selling ~320k total max), but they have enough power to get the #1 for the week, so Arashi won't be topping the charts for two straight weeks.

One Love was released less than a month ago! Do you really expect that to be the longest single in the charts? XDDD There are singles that have been charting (to chart = be in the TOP100, although as of Decemcer 2002 the Oricon single charts were extended to a TOP200) for more than 100 weeks! To name a few: SMAP's Sekai ni Hitotsu Dake no Hana, Rimi Natsukawa's Nada Sou Sou, Ayaka Hirahara's Jupiter, Ai Otsuka's Sakuranbo... This site hasn't updated for half a year, but according to it, the Arashi single that charted the longest is Hadashi No Mirai / Kotoba Yori Taisesu na Mono (17 weeks). I'll try to find more info about it, I believe right now Love so sweet is their longest charting single~
Btw, like I mentioned before, the yearly charts were updated today ^^ Here's how the TOP10 looks like (well, TOP11, 'cause Shuuchishin's latest single could be a threat for Arashi if they keep selling! They've gotten really popular, and I personally love them! <33)

Ryo again? I hope it's not so. One is enough for me this year, he has been too overexposure with 2 groups and more singles than anybody else in the jimusho, and now 2 dramas in one year? I hope they get someone else in JE, someone who hasn't had a drama yet this year...

I'm not keen on Nino/Ryo too. They do look the same and their personality seems the same too. There's a lack of Yin/Yang here. The Ryo role is suppose to be the little brother that wear lots of costumes to swindle people.. Kurosagi-like. I can hear the PiRyo fans squeeling about this

hehehe..i agree, Aoi Yuu's too innocent looking.. it's not that she's not up for the role but maybe because i don't want to see her in a slutty role.. I will be very happy if Arashi have their 3 singles in the top 10 (I want their 3 singles in the top 5), I've been listening to Truth again and again, and the TRUTH, Truth deserve to be the #1 spot for this year
again a Nino drama will make me happy
