Folks,
Okay, here's are some shots from my Thanksgiving trip to Cancun.

Coco Bongo, the best club we hit in Cancun
<IMG SRC='http://usera.imagecave.com/pcmodem/Cancun/Castle1.jpeg'>
Kukulcan Pyramid in Chichen Itza, the ancient Maya capital
<IMG SRC='http://usera.imagecave.com/pcmodem/Cancun/Castle-Warriors.jpeg'>
Sitting atop the Kukulcan Pyramid, looking at the Temple of the Warriors
<IMG SRC='http://usera.imagecave.com/pcmodem/Cancun/Xcaret1.jpeg'>
The lagoon at Xcaret, an ecological resort on the Caribbean. One of the most beautiful coastlines I've ever seen.
<IMG SRC='http://usera.imagecave.com/pcmodem/Cancun/Xcaret2.jpeg'>
Hanging with the sea turtles at Xcaret
<IMG SRC='http://usera.imagecave.com/pcmodem/Cancun/IslaMujeres1.jpeg'>
Sunset at the beach of the Avalon Hotel on Isla Mujeres
Cancun was amazing, you simply must go!

Where's the door to the elevator? |
The pyramid's only about 78 feet tall, you would have no trouble.
What's fascinating is the pyramid is a giant statue for predicting the seasons. It's orientation is toward magnetic north. On each of the 4 sides is a staircase with 91 steps.
91 x 4 = 364... + 1 (the platform) = 365 (ie, days in the year)
There's a statue atop the pyramid where the sun would crest upon during the equinox.
On the side of the pyramid you'll see terraces, with glyphs on the side, which correspond to the months and weeks.

Hey, don't want to spoil my old, bald, & fat Jdorama.com image, to paraphrase Takuya Kimura from Love Generation.

That was the performers stage. The ladies got up there to dance and hang with the reggae band, who did some great Bob Marley & the Wailers.
The dude in the chicken suit works for Senor Frog's, he was one of the many folks going around to try to get folks to do shots with him and get $$$ for tips.

That's un-American.
Turducken would be acceptable, though.
