For things that are <50mb, what's easier: mIRC or dropload?

ur recipient is able to download the file in a jiffy
it took me 45mins to upload(or do u call that drop) a 40+MB file..

Does anyone knows of a good file hosting/sharing site that is free and able to upload mp3's? All my requirements are:
-must be free
-able to upload mp'3
-able to upload more that 5mb files, i don't even mind the spams (that much)
That's it!! I've tried these and are one way or another, no dice: Angelfire (keeps on trashing/deleting my account); geocities (can only upload less than 5 mb), domainDLX, and brinkster (will not allow mp3's). Can anyone hook me up with a link that is reliable and free? Thx in advance!

you can open a yahoo briefcase but it doesnt allow remote linking. the link changes every few hours.

Uploadit.org is what i use now since its fast and allows remote linking but i dont know if u can store mp3s though.

It doesn't look like there's a restriction on the file types that Upload-It! will accept, but there's apparently a 2MB file size limit...

You coud split the file into chunks so you can send via email, maybe 6 chunks would be OK. Seach for 'file splitter ' on google or sharware site. I think rar does the same thing. Not great if you want to send lots of stuff, but for one thing it might be OK solution.

i think the 2mb limit is available only if you pay a premium account. For free accounts, its only 600k.
