I've been in that situation too. I can download things fast but my connection is too expensive if I just keep on d/l things. I only put 500 MB quota per month on my ADSL connection. So, if i d/l more than that ..woaah..it's going to cost a lot!! Beaten

The color matches the whole skin of the forum it blends very well.

I can't live with that too^^ before, I used Streamyx, Unlimited bandwith per month fix price, it's not that fast, only 500+ kbps/ 50 KBps. so I always said, streamyx was not really fast, I want faster. But now I use Dial up, sigh 56Kbps/5KBps.. now I realize, STREAMYX is a gift from heaven to me.. it's true when ppl said we will appreciate one thing more when we lose it

yup, guest can't lurk out in the forum, only registered members. I guess I know why you asked this, the statistic of users online, right? Don't worry bout that, it'll show guest online because of the log in page. Even that, they still can't lurk out if ther are not logged in

ADSL is different that Cable broadband connection.

The connection of ADSL is much faster than the broadband one..that's why it's expensive. I cannot afford to ask for 1000 MB per month. I hardly download anything only if I got bored. I just cannot be bothered to waste all my money in d/l stuffs.

Maximum d/l with ADSL is more or less 512 kbps but with no interruption
