I'm deciding to watch either Densha Otoko or Good Luck first.

I heard Densha Otoko is freaken hilarious and an absolute must-see...
then again Shibasaki Kou is in Good Luck Beaten

What do you guys think? I'm looking for something along the lines of Attention Please in terms of humor, but also with a good emotional storyline. Is Good Luck funny?

if you want funny, Densha Otoko is more humourous but i would say Good Luck!! is the better dorama

looks like you also recommend 1L of Tears and Crying Out Mr Green - man, i've been avoiding those like a plague for the longest time, but one day, i think i gotta sit down and watch those. somewhat rare for me to find times when i want to watch sad/depressing doramas

1 Litre of Tears is a good drama, I agree ..
Right now, I'm watching Dragon Zakura .. its a REALLY good drama if you like those dramas that teach the audiences about "life" .. like me! ^^v
Nobuta wo Produce was good as well ... I like it till the end .. even though many people hated the ending .. -.-;;

Anyway, that's all I can think off now .. Might suggest more~~

Densha Otoko

Not a lot I know but still...Anywho, looking for good suggestions for a noob to doramas in general.
