So~ I'd appreciate a few recommendations on Romance/Comedy Series since I'm in that mood right now ...
I also like those Work/Food-Romances xD' (currently watching Osen and Zettai Kareshi and i love it..)
..also... A happy end would be nice ._.' I need some comfort in love stories right now xD'

Also I wanted to ask if anybody knows where to watch "Kimi ga oshietekureta koto" - it was recommended somwhere here in this thread but I only found it on crunchyroll and there the pic and the sound weren't in sync
... Unfortunately I can't download .torrent files on my pc since bittorren&Co won't work (firewall-stuff Òo)

Thanks in advance~

(here the Doramas I've watched so far: http://yolchen.livejournal.com/59010.html )

... And Doramas I think of watching are: Beach Boys, Hotman, Overtime and Saigo no Koi :x

Big Wing? I like it a lot, though the pace of the first episode was so fast that I suspect it might had been cut.
Lunch Queen? I didn't like the script but a lot of people enjoyed it a lot, plus it has a great cast.
Ryokiteki na Kanojo is currently airing. It's pretty enjoyable as a romantic comedy, even if it may be a bit awkward at the beginning.

I am also looking for "Kimi ga oshietekureta koto" too.

I'm looking for some recommendations. I feel like something heartwarming and lighthearted but also a little bittersweet? Maybe that sounds weird. I've enjoyed Stand up!!, Summer Snow and Hana Yori Dango Big Grin Thanks for any help

I'm not sure if they're fitting your description exactly.. but I greatly enjoyed:
Bara No Nai Hanaya
Proposal Daisakusen
Kimi wa Petto
Tatta Hitotsu no Koi
Be nice to People
Daisuki!!
and "Dream again" was also nice
maybe also "Hotaru no Hikari"

Last Christmas was a Drama that was/is really popular (although I find it a bit ..boring xD) but many people love it so maybe~

Good Luck!!

I've seen Proposal and Nobuta, thanks for the other recommendations. I definetly have to watch GTO eventually. xD

Actually, DVD-quality versions of the show surfaced on D-Addicts not too long ago by Nya. Here's the link to all those episodes:

Sure, the seeding isn't really that good, but if you're patient the quality is superb.

I can't download things, but thank you. :3

The quality probably won't be that good though..

Awesome, thanks! :0

Yup, it's the best way to get dramas and you don't have to deal with downloads. The only thing is that most of us prefer DVD format (actually, that's probably just me Sweat).

Here's a link to the trading/selling/buying threads so you can see who has what:

My favorite drama is GTO, it was also the first drama I watched, so maybe I am a bit jaded. But even going back now and watching it, I still enjoy it alot.

Other than that, the Nodame Cantabile drama is excellent. They really did a great job casting the actors/actresses. They all really fit their roles.

Pretty good. Perhaps a little bit over-the-top but it was addicting enough. Really short episodes too so you can finish it fast.

Depends on your taste. It's a 10/10 for me. I'm pretty unforgiving with ratings when it comes to drama that is not up to my taste. But LIFE is one of the three 10/10 to me among 20+ that I've watched.

I can second that now! One of the best school dramas I've seen, and I think I've seen all the heavy-hitters.

Got RM200 to spare. So please help me pick two from the first group and one from the next two groups:

mystery / suspense / dark

Unfair
Kusenosu / Xenos
Warui Yatsura / Evil People
Byakuyako / Journey Under a Midnight Sun
M no Higeki / The Tragedy of M
Nyokei Kazoku / Matrilineal Family

Light romance

Hotaru no Hikari / Glow of Firelflies
Hataraki Man / Working Man
Sapuri / Supply / Suppliment
Anego

Comedy

Kekkon Dekinai Otoko / The Man Who Can't Get Married / He Who Can't Marry
Papa to Musume no Nanokakan / Seven Days of a Daddy and a Daughter
Erai Tokoro ni Totsuide Shimatta! / I've Been Married To Hell! / Oh! My Mother in Law!
Himitsu no Hanazono / Hanazono's Secret / The Secret Garden

Note: I wouldn't be able to fully enjoy a comedy that relies heavily on script. This is because the subs for the DVDs that I owned are inconsistent so far. Some drama are good, others are horrible (as if they translated japanese to chinese first and then, from chinese to english). Comedy through action, posture and facial expression are preferred.

I've narrowed your list down in terms of the ones I would recommend to you. Many of the ones I took out I haven't seen, tho, so hopefully someone else can chime in as well. Victory! Peace!

Almost the same as Wynter's Victory! Peace! , but just for your info the version of Himitsu no Hanazono I own has really bad subs so I am not sure if this one is for you.
