Ever check out the Kuitan series?

A fun mixture of food obsession and crime drama. Victory! Peace!

And there's also the Jiko Keisatsu series... A wacky and entertaining Cold Case-type show. Smile

No I've not heard of either of those shows, I'll be sure to give both a try, thanks in advance.

Gomen nasai... We should've forewarned you about being perpetually hungry during and after each episode. Mr Green

Hmm, I just finished watching Cat Street. Only six episodes and I really liked this drama. I guess I'd suggest this to anyone who's looking for something good to watch real quick. ;-) Check it out!!

Edit: Is there any other nice and small dramas such as that? Already seen Tokyo Friends before, 5 episodes.

I can understand Last Friends turning you off of dramas... Beaten

What kind of dramas are you interested in? Comedy? Crime? Romance?

Hahaha! Bleah Erm, I guess I'm probably the most interested in romance dramas, but I'm open to most things. Probably not something too serious/hard to follow.

Hmm... What five dramas have you watched, along with LF?

Have you seen Nodame Cantabile? *shameless promotion*

Nodame Cantabile (2006) is a live action adaption of a popular manga and anime of the same name involving the students of a college-level classical music school... It's part wacky/slapstick comedy, romance, drama, and loads of classical music... Victory! Peace!

Not sure if you like classical music, but it's well worth your time, IMO.

A two-part TV movie special was made in 2007 and it's popularity had led to a two movie release slated for the end of this year and in 2010. Victory! Peace!

Yay!

You'll love the drama just for that, then: Beethoven, Mozart, Ravel, etc... Victory! Peace!

Do you have access to D-Addicts to download it or somewhere else?

EDIT: Wikipedia entry: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nodame
