I'd like to pass a dorama to a coupla friends whose passion is rowing, so I was thinking about "Regatta" or "Ganbatte ikimasshoi", but I haven't seen either...
Could anybody please tell me which one's better? Many TIA!

The only reason I kept watching Regatta was Saki Aibu. Haven't seen Gabbatte Ikimasshou.
I have seen them both (though I think did not finish Ganbatte).
Regatta is quite watchable, nothing great but not bad either.
Ganbatte on the other hand has more of the fluffy school drama stuff that most people seem to enjoy. Be warned though, Mister Woodplank himself (Nishikido Ryo) is the male lead...

Having developed a crush on Toda Erika from watching "Boss", I think next dorama I'm gonna watch is gonna be one she stars in, but I just can't choose between "Liar Game" and "Ryusei no Kizuna"...

(im sorry if this is meant to go somewhere else, like in the recomendations page, but i didnt see anyone else post a question like this in there so ill post it here)
I loved the live action jdrama Jigoku Shoujo, and i was wondering if there are anything similar I can watch next. With a bit of horror/thriller, suspence and a bit creepy, but not overly bloody ? Also, i loved Enma Ai! I like to watch a strong female character.. dosent have to be main character, but would be a pluss !

She plays a dumb girl with no personality in Liar Game, so Ryusei no Kizuna if you want to see her acting. I haven't seen the latter though.
Edit:
I feel ashamed of myself for asking for a seuggestion and then not following it but in the end I choose Liar Game since I didn't feel like watching anything gloomy and I was afraid Ryusei no Kizuna wasn't gonna be short on gloominess...

Gomen ne, xploring!
It's alright, I have done the same thing in the past. But like WD said, Ryusei no Kizuna is actually unexpectedly funny from what I have read. Maybe try SPEC, or Nobuta wo Produce if you haven't already. I like Toda Erika in Nobuta even though she only had a relatively minor supporting role.

Thanks again to you and to WD for the help, I'm gonna try RnK for sure then!

You definitely must check out Keizoku 2: SPEC. I fell in love with her on that show.
And no, Ryusei no Kizuna is not gloomy at all. In fact it's the opposite.

Hello everyone
I'm looking for some lightweight, comedy jdorama, with high/middleschoolers. And, for other hand something band/music based such as nana. If you know such dramas, please post their names. Thanks in advance!

Have you already watched Puzzle with Ishihara Satomi? It's a lightweight comedy/mystery (a bit like Meitantei Conan) high-school related and imho it's pretty good!
(and it's also the only one I've watched that matches your criteria......)

It's a bit OT since it ain't a jdorama but a j-movie, anyway I would also thoroughly suggest you the movie Swing Girls, which imho is totally great!
