Hey eltinator, you seem to have an endless supply of pics so you're a good person to ask. Do you know of a site where you can get 1600x1200 wallpapers of JDrama actresses and Jpop singers? Just got a new monitor and I want some HQ wallpapers.

yup, there'a a lot of talented folks in that site. i saw a render of Rei [Neon Genesis EVA] using the body of angelina jolie and the face of a japanese model as a starting block. i particularly like some of the rendered landscapes and faces.

Hahaha, yup. I have a formula to calculate it based on numbers given by Oricon, Yeaj J-Pop, TFM, NEC, and Viewsic. Sort of like the Heyx3 power ranking. It's not all based on record sales so you will see differences from my charts and other peoples but I've had it up since 2001 so it's been around the block a few times. Got the inspiration when I got pissed that there were no english j-pop charts around

The site is in chinese so good luck navigating around I'm sure you'll be able to figure it out. If you need some translation or something just ask, but my kanji identification isn't the best either. Not sure if they have 1600x1200 resolution wallpapers but you can always resize them yourself.

heh its a matter of opinion - it is unnatural but i like the mix it has got in it, like they eyes are those of anime style, while the rest is sort of reality look..if only i was that good ^^;

A better way would be to get magazines or photobooks and do a high-res scan, then create your own wallpaper... Maybe that'll be my next project for what's-er-name.

Haha yea, that's what those people basically do I think. My scanner sucks so I just leech off other people's images
