I was just about to say that. 
Meanwhile the dreamy warm weather continues. Ive saved over $250 this year on our heating bill.

Youre lucky!! Our electric bill jumps in the really cold months. My house is designed to stay cool, not warm.

Living in L.A. is the primary reason...I never heat the whole house because I'm solo...I just heat the room I'm in if necessary.
Usually a pair of sweats and a hoodie does the trick.

Yeah, I don't think my gas bill gets anywhere near there...

My electricity bill is usually b/n 45-50 bucks. After I bought a new fridge with an energy star rating my electricity bill literally got cut in half. I was replacing an old White Westinghouse fridge from the 80s.

Nice. Between two buildings, the water pump for the entire farm and the pool the lowest I get is $175. But I dont pay gas or water.
