Don't worry bmw soon those Podunk Angels will be sitting at home watching the World Series along with the rest of us. Now you know those Disneyland Stinkin' Angels are hated when they are mentioned in the "Weather" thread.

today is dry but as i work on a building site my boots are covered in mud from yesterdays rain.

But its Ok. I was just happy not to have to do anything for a couple days and SLEEP IN!!
Think Im going head home a little early and stop in at the Gym on the way. A a workout and hot whirlpool is always good on a rainy day.

wonder how much rain Honolulu gets per year? I think there are parts of Kaui that get.....400 inches or more a year, in the rain forest...

weather here is sunny, warm. just cannot stand the santa ana dry winds that come in once in awhile. They drive up the heat to near 100 sometimes in the summer/early fall.

Honolulu doesn't get that much rain. The Windward side is probably the rainiest part of the island.

Deja Vu again, warm and dry.. and the smog really gives the sun a beautiful tint in the mornings.

It finally stopped RAINING after 8 straight days!!!!!!! It is funny because now all I hear are the sound of leaf blowers that got put on hold for over a week. Never thought I would enjoy that sound!

Thanks qilver. Yes the flooding was really bad in New Jersey and parts of Long Island. In fact the Governor of NJ declared a State of Emergency due to all the flooding there. The areas that were the hardest hit were near rivers and the ocean of course. I do not live in a flood zone or so my home insurance agent told me. Yes I think we should have enough water in our reservoirs for awhile.
