0C = 32F

Yup, 30 F. We usually have snow into March, and by the end it starts to get warm for Spring. We've been averaging -13 F with the wind chill lately, but it's getting warm this week. On Thursday I believe we'll be PLUS 1 C, which is about 33 F for you. _________________

8 C is nearly perfect weather for me, Enna-san! Yer lucky. It's 0 here, and may hit 1 C. The birds are chirpping, so it's not too too bad. _________________

That's probably just before they drop off the tree and die from the cold.
