Hi, sorry, but I don't know what "PV" stands for? Is it "Pop Video"- Some help please

Hi! I'm new to jpop and I was wondering if anyone knows where I can locate more Arashi. I have fallen in love with "Wish" from Hana Yori Dango and I'd like to hear more of their work. Thanks for your help!

Hi! I was wondering if anyone knew how I could get a copy of the PV for Quruli's song "Highway." The video features Satoshi Tsumabuki. It used to be on youtube, but Youtube made the poster take it down. I don't know why, but the video makes me smile... so I was really bummed when it was gone. =(
