I'm not sure on the writing business. What I'm suspecting is that Last Christmas is competing with Hotman 2. It's possible that people who watched Hotman 1 watched it just to see Yada Akiko. Seeing she jumped from TBS to FUJI-TV to join the cast of Last Xmas, her fans could possibly be ignoring Hotman 2. The ratings support this theory (Last Xmas ep1 had a rating of 22.3%).

..either way, it doesnt seem like the folks down here in hawaii are going to get to see the series for awhile. from reading the website, the story seems like its gonna be soooo different just based on the actor changes.

I wasn't going to watch it when I found out Manami Konishi wasn't going to return. Looks like she made a smart career move by not working in this one.

hmmm that's interesting, and possibly true..but I'm still gonna watch Hotman 2 because..#1 Keita...lol....ok I gotta stopt that...#2 I'm curious how the story is..and it's a good family dorama... BTW what's the theme song for Hotman 2???

Hotman 2's theme is also by Exile... it's called "Hero".

Despite all the not so good reviews..... I watched the first episode and I liked it. I didn't get to see the special though.

yeah...i love the opening theme that they used last time...Its so catchy!

Exile's [Together] was so addictive. ..I can't believe how many times I listened to it other than the 30 times it played in the drama itself....loved the song after watching Hotman 1 ~ that was so good too I felt depressed when Yada Akiko and Konishi Manami weren't going to cast in it...but Itoh Masaki is good too....Really liked Nanami but she doesn't seem to look as cute now that she's older~ Cried with my brother watching Hotman 1 has anyone watched any episodes of Hotman 2?... how was the special that was on earlier (was it in the summer?)? <--this is so cute~ _________________ NewS Love **

well, i myself dont mind if yada akiko not in hotmain 2.. as long a they keep fukami motoki and ichikawa yui _________________

Yes it was a VERY compelling dorama, although I felt that the Saitou's somewhat over did the emotions for their characters....sorry I look too deep into these things...but they made it seem cheesy to some extent..lol..but they're still cool....

Mokomichi Hayami. He's a member of the Ken-On roster along with Sorimachi, Ito, Yui, and Fukami.

I only watch it because nothing much else is on THursdays at 10 pm/// Honestly, the pace is slow... and some of the stories are just "meh".

No Misuzu (Yada Akiko)? I'm sad, she was such a sweet and supportive and dedicated character, Misuzu and Enzo would have made a great couple. -PCM
