I don't know why. But apparently Japanese guys love nurse and school girl uniforms. It gives them some kind of "jolt" and I see it in AV all the time. There is something forbidden, thus desirable about the schoolgirl look which turns on a lot of guys...
This is the closest thing to the schoolgirl look for Ryoko-chan... My officemate calls it "the prepubescent girl look." I just think it looks super hot (my current wallpaper ):
