No presents or money here. Something much better... a lot of smiles, happy faces, and loud noises. Smile

Merry Christmas everybody!

Christmas is my favorite holiday because it's my recovery day.

My Birthday is on Christmas Eve, so my whole family comes to my house for dinner and a party and then they all scatter to their various in-laws for the Christmas day celebrations.

So I spent two days cooking, then fed 31 friends and relatives 6 courses, and spent most of Christmas sound asleep trying to recover.

I woke up just long enough to wash half the dirty dishes from the party... then I watched Miki Nakatani's "Christmas on July 24th Ave."... and now I'm going back to bed.

I love Christmas.

Hope everyone had a great day.

Hmm, I never thought about watching that film on Christmas Day... We always watch 1951's A Christmas Carol with Alistair Sim... Victory! Peace!

Absolutely the definitive version.

Its only flaw is... no Miki. And for me, Christmas without Miki is just Thursday.

Maybe I'll try to get 'em to watch it on New Year's Eve... Too much football on New Year's Day to even attempt watching it... Sweat

Your birthday is on the same day as my brother's, but he's NEVAH fed us a 6 course meal. I think your family should adopt me.

Your brother's got a ways to go to catch up with Geez. Anybody that discuss subjects as varied as Triumph motorcycles and Tomoko Yamaguchi, , , if that doesn't qualify as a downright, honest-to-goodness renaissance man, I dunno what does!!

I thought this was vey cool. Applaud

THESE amazing Santa sand sculptures have appeared on a beach just in time for Christmas.
Artist Sudarsan Pattnaik created his winter wonderland on a shore in Orissa, India.

Lying 100ft wide Pattnaik's Santa sculpture is the longest of its kind in the world.

In total, the artist took 75 hours to complete the incredible Christ-masterpieces.
