Yeah, I looked there, but I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something buried in the Japanese. Thanks.

OMG!!!!!! I really want to share this with you guys, I know that the mostly are from differents countries but we have all the same feeling!!
I just know! that in an important TV news of Argentinean, it made a report on the Jpop moved in Argentina, and they named to L'Arc and they passed a video of them!!!!!!!
In Argentina this class of things does not spread in the open television, only by television by cable.
I am very happy!!! Dancing w00t!
I wanna cry of happiness!!! Shameful Cry
This I never think to see in my country.... someone understand me?

No, they aren't popular here in Argentina, because that, was my shock! Crazy
Nobody says nothing about japanese music, only the anime fans people knows about that, but in this last year it grows up, I think that it's because Animax Channel came in cable, and most people saw japanese music videos there. But honestly the credits are to Fullmetal Alchemist, the new laruku's fans here know them because that anime... and It grows up too the events dedicates to J-music.

I have a msn groups and we ask to Sony Music Argentina if they can edit laruku's CD, and they said that we have to must reunite 1000 people who wants to buy it, (juntar firmas), and now we'll do it! Victory! Peace!
I hope that we obtain it Sweat

Someone asked this a little while ago. It is true (that Kaori used hyde as a model for her characters), and most people say it was Rosiel and Alexiel who were based off Hyde, although, I don't have concrete proof.

finally i have proof! hehe..
the left one is Rociel/Alexiel in Angel Sanctuary Artbook, while the right one is hyde in FOOLSMATE 1995

looks much like the pic on matsu's post, ne?
is that enough proof?nyahahahahaha! *am happeh* xD

it was german channel VIVA. there was something like J-Rock night (or weekend) and they broadcasted a lot of PVs of different visual bands which are under german label Gan-Shin records and even a Dir en Grey concert (but it all wasn't interesting for me).
Still they also shown HYDE's PV for HELLO~ I was so excited~

You, I also remember that some of my friends have seen Hello on German TV station, on cable. I've also seen MUCC PV's on Polish satellite TV and it was kinda odd. But the thing wich really shocked me is that I can buy Hyde's abums 666 and Faith in a shop in my town O.o

Few weeks ago a friend showed me a video where appears the pv of Killing Me, while the host was talking about jmusic and other things (every night, this channel broadcast many animes, reports and videos of japanese culture) I was very surprised and exciting.

I would have liked to hear Mission in acoustic. The intro is so pure Hyde !

I'm remebering zapping on the french TV music channel. I watched only the last PV of a special night Jrock -it was Dir En Grey Shocked My eyes were glued to the screen, wide opened. Maybe it was on MCM or Europe2TV... i can't tell.
Since then, i tryed to catch some, but there is nothing ! Maybe it was o promotion broadcasts for the visual lives in Paris.

(I may did mistakes in my english. Sorry)

Because americans are so self-absorbed in their own music I don't normally see much japanese music except on the AZN (an asian channel). I saw some L'Arc PVs when I was in Indonesia, and I believe there are some on that asian channel, but I have yet to see them. =(

In America, outside of Japantown, only the american releases of Smile and Awake are easy to get. Others are only imports. Tofu records said they wouldn't release old albums Shameful Cry

When I buy a cd of jrock in my town, it's not a japan version, it's wrtitten MICP Miya records (Taiwan) ; it's bootleg... and it costs to me 15 euros.

Oh, yes, I bought some really nice bootlegs like that before (on accident). However, usually they're much cheaper than 15 euros (woah.) usually they're like $7 . Although they look very nice and it's hard to tell.

however that is usually online, i rarely find bootlegs in stores (although i have). I wish more companies will legally release more L'Arc CDs. The legit american ones are fairly prices (around $15). Also i've bought the legit Indonesian ones, although those aren't as nice quality. (but the japanese ones are the best quality , but sooo expensive Shameful Cry )
