I talk to myself in Japanese all the time, and I think to myself in it even more often. A lot of times I'll be listening to everyday converations between people around me, and I try to see how much of it I can put into understandable Japanese in my head. Good way to keep your mind in tune to the language outside of a regular learning environment (classes, friends who speak Japanese, etc.) - that and watching J-drama, of course. Seriously, stuff like drama and anime and manga really do help a lot

in Japanese its just: Kekkon wo shimashou or kekkon shiyou
oretachi is the non polite way of saying "Us"
there are lots of ways to say it just like you say in english, Lets get married, Marry me, Will you marry me, lets get hitched, DATE me for life, I want to make you my slave, Love me forever untill you die, etc etc..... LOL

now why would you want to know how to say that? Are you trying to woo some Japanese girl/guy to marry you!?? hrrrrrmmmmmm??
ill take care of you.....hrmm..... i guess you could say like "kimi wo mamoru" which is kind of like i will Protect you from harm etc...
i dont really know if they say that other stuff to often. I could say it but it wouldn't sound nice LOL, it would come off awkward... and you dont wanna sound awkward if your gonna MARRY someone now do you? LOL

I saved up some cash, begged some relatives for cash, and just got up and flew to Japan. Enrolled myself in an intensive language school for a year, 8hrs a day/5days a week. Lived with multiple host families, and made sure i was in a small town away from large populations of foriegners. I basically isolated myself in a country town where no one spoke english, and forced myself to do it the Japanese way. I had like 2 foriegn friends and the rest were all Japanese. I Japified myself for a year till I got it in my head real good. The school i went to also was excellent, and the teachers were the BEST, without them I wouldn't have gotten to where i was in a year at all. Then when I returned to the states I made sure I kept in contact with everyone and visited Japan often. And well now im back again and doing it all over again! It was rough but definetly the best time of my life!
