I did not set any passwords for this file. This seems to be a problem with YSI. I'll try it with Sendspace later on and post the link.

The MV is a bit big for YSI (114MB) so I have to split it in two using WinRAR. I believe you only need to download the 2 files, put them in the same folder, extract "Part 1" - it will ask for part 2 (or automatically locate it).

I've resend it using Sendspace. This time in one contiguous file:
