This has something to do with the number of persons downloading from Sendspace (not necessarily the same file) in your location. I suggest you try later or at an 'off-peak' time (early in the morning, and around 1700 to 1800 when people are turning off their computers in offices).

it's doesn't sang by Kaoru Amane. If I'm not mistake, the song was sang by Shibasaki Kou �č�R�E Sweat
