You will always be hit by this download slot restriction with every file-sharing service unless you are a paying customer. My suggestion is to try again, and again, at different times of the day.

If you mean an instrumental version of 'Kizuna', it is not included in the OST and I don't think it has been played in the drama. If you mean other instrumental pieces they are probably included in the OST:
