1. Asking about doing something after the fact:

Seriously, if you're going to ask me if it's safe to do something, you might want to ask me before you do it.

2. Needless drama:

I can't quite figure out why some people are attracted to negative energy, be it gossiping or getting so worked up when watching shows like Maury Povich. I see it at work, and I see it at my place. I couldn't care less, and it annoys me when people around me feel the need to share what they heard or saw with me.

Just have to leave a quick comment here. I recently read a good book. HAHA. I say its good because i felt as though the author was actually 'talking' to me. And i kind of agree with what was written. A New Earth: Awakening to your life's purpose. Written by Eckhart Tolle.

Anyway wrt this negative energy, he wrote about this thing called 'pain-body'. First time for me knowing about this. http://www.detoxifynow.com/et_pain_body.html <--- This is just a brief info about the concept. I'll come back when i have time to elaborate on this.

He was talking about how pain-body feeds on drama. This drama is like what you mentioned deseipher. And it seems that there's gonna be lots of drama around me these few days as usual during festive season like Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Rolling eyes I'm trying to be calm and not react to ALL the 'drama' that's happening around me. Wish me luck. Victory! Peace!

I listened to the audiobook a few months back and I really enjoyed it. I try to be aware of the negative energy, of my own and of others, because negativity does drag everyone down at times. I'd definitely recommend the book to anyone who wants more positivity around them. Victory! Peace!

That's good news... I'd think taking those for a prolonged period wouldn't be a good thing even if it is under the maximum... Sweat

Yup. Sweat

Any idea on the causes of your headaches?

I typically get one if I get too much sun or get dehydrated...
