I just use bacon grease. Applewood Smoked. Pork Factor 300.

They've removed two of the customer service windows at my local post office and replaced them with a self-service machine. Which no one uses because a) It only takes credit or debit cards. And b) Nobody trusts the damn machines to begin with. As a result, the line is now at least 50% longer than it used to be. Can't wait to see what it's going to be like at Christmas.
