OK, I go first:
What really bothers me right now is the fact that my i-net drops when connected via router and runs well when connected directly to PC, hmmmm _________________

currently.........
looking at my paycheck, reflecting back on all the time, blood, sweat, and tears that I put into my crappy job. (My lastest raise only reflected 0.32/hr after the 'breakdown') As if that's a good enough incentive for me to bust my ass even more... haha, gimme a break and shove a stick up your (big) ass, VP-.

losing weight and then gaining all that back in one day.
I lost 4lb recently and today.....seems like I'll gain it all back with this party my uncle is throwing for his baby's 1month. I'm not eating a lot, but the food is pretty tempting and heavy food if that makes sense _________________

read in a recent Runner's World magazine that i just bought yesterday...if i remember correctly, to burn off 1lb of weight is equal to 3500 calories expended, meaning you will have to intake less calories and exercise more just to shed off that pound, and to maintain it so you don't gain the pounds back, seems like a lot of work...
a diet is more....it should be a lifestyle, exercise shouldn't be a chore to do, it should be part of the daily/weekly routine, same with eating
so people that starve themselves are missing out on the nutrients, they go hungry only to fill themselves up in a binge of any kind of food. proper food, proper exercise, rest, etc...= fit healthy body.

I see. Thanks for the explaination Q buddy.
Yea.....i'm feeling tired just from all the badminton i've been playing lately and losing those 4lbs really made me happy......but today.....grrrr. Oh well. I got my spring break to lose it again and then i can maintain since there won't be a lot of family gathering....or parties where there will be a lot of food _________________

i also read in the magazine, after an intense workout/exercise, the metabolic rate increases and stays at a higher rate even hours after exercising, as you burn more calories efficiently. I think the key is to maintain a good workout/exercise regime, and to limit your excessive calorie intake and eat a well balanced meal. For me, i try my best to cut back on the junkfood, and i admit, it's sometimes challenging, but i think it is easier when i run a lot and i watch more closely what i eat. For me, i would like to get back to running as soon as i fully recover.

I think that's the key.
Ever since I eliminated the sodas and chips from my lunch and stopped having rice/taters with every dinner meal (just lean meat and veggies), I've managed to lose about 15 pounds with very minimal exercise (due to my back problems)...
Once I get my back fixed, I hope to gain back about 5-10 in muscle weight... Just in time for summer.

for me, i lost some momentum, for my workouts/runs, due to my ankle injury..it definitely set me back a month...and i think i gained maybe a few pounds, but i hope to lose it and get back on track once i fully recover.
that's good, when you get healthy, you will gain more weight, since muscle weighs more than fat.
i think it's been more frustration more than anything, mostly in the career/job department, trying to figure out my path, at my age, when most 30 something got the house, car, family thing going...
just trying to find my place in life, starting from scratch.
as far as the love life is concern, i am not saying its not important, it's just that my main focus has been my career, but i do think about relationships all the time and what i am missing...

What bothered me the most was seeing her latest(?) video. She's doing poses and wearing tight clothes like she's hot and 20, but she's like, 55 years old now. _________________
