the thing with the milk proteins is without the enzymes naturally found in milk b/c they're destroyed when the protein molecule is present...it causes an infalammotory response which may lead to an upset stomach.

what bugs me is my forgetfulness. Not sure if I mentioned this before.

Last time I forgot my backpack in my brother's high school gym.
Today I forgot it at the bowling alley. Good thing my friend drove me back and the folks that was playing on the lanes where i was playing took my backpack to the front desk w/o taking anything inside. Nice folks they were
