You can return easily with Amazon. I had to once when they sent the wrong book.

If you use Firefox, you can install the third-party AdBlock program and kiss all those stupid ads goodbye.

I would have been the same. Anytime I get an electronic thing, it's Christmas time for me. I have to open it right then and there.

Same here.
There are exceptions: one of our consultants here bought a Dell laptop, then when to Sweden for two months, never opening the package upon receipt... Then found out when he returned that one of the speakers was kaput.
