So today I went out and bought a new DVD drive/burner/whatever the technical term is because it's been giving me a hard time when I tried copying certain discs. As soon as I tried it out, the same problem occured. Then my brother tells me that Nero sucks for copying DVDs and told me to use DVD Decrypter, which I already had on my computer and you know what??? The freaking thing works!! It wasn't my old DVD drive thingy that didn't work all this time, but the program to copy it. I'm keeping the new DVD thingy for my new computer, so all isn't lost. That's the only good thing to come from this.

It happens....be glad you found the reason and thus the solution to your problems...one time, I bought a new sound card because I thought my computer's sound card was fried as there was no sound coming out of the speakers....turned out to be a loose wire. I rubbed some beer on my head and went on with my life.
