hi all I just started watching Gokusen not too long ago, and I was wondering who's that actor playing the guy who got bullied (Yuki Masaki is the character's name I believe...) and joined the bball team after Yankumi teaches him a lesson or two about getting up when you fall down? It's in Episode 6 I believe... thanks in advance!

I've just finished watching Gokusen, which I though was a pretty amusing dorama. Wondering if I should proceed on to Gokusen 2 - is it better than the original? and is the story line the same as the original one ie teacher + naughty students with a good heart..... got too many doramas to watch, so must be selective....

gokusen 2 is very very similiar, but as enjoyable if you ask me ^^

Sorry for the late reply! I believe you're talking about Wentz Eiji. He's not in the drama database right now as he has never really had any large roles in any dramas yet. He's also teamed up with Koike Teppei (from Gokusen 2!) to form the musical group WaT.

Yeah, I didn't think he looked Japanese either. He looked more half-Japanese/half-white. Off topic again but, lol it looked as if when Yankumi was about to give her 3D class a kiss on the cheek, he would have wanted one too. I always read into these things too much .. _________________ Donna

HAve anyone seen gokusen 2? I heard some of the characters change..? Is this true? Also have anyone seen the series called the prince of tennis...? I want the songs inside the series? Does anyone have it? thankx

Yup, he does look half-Japanese - even his name doesn't sound pure Japanese.

http://www.the-realworld.de/ ^^^ they seem to have all 12 eps but it doesnt say if it is the anime or live action. Im still trying to find out were to get the live action from although animesuki seems to have all 12. BTW were can I get Gokusen the first series from with english subs?

He really looks familiar and I thought it was someone famous becaus Tsukamoto Takashi also appears for one episode

If I remember correctly, his father is German & his mother is Japanese.

He also appears regularly on TV here on KTSF. He's on a game show that comes on after Yoshitsune. Mr Green
