Well, the beginning parts of the names sound similar so weren't way off at least! Mr Green

@Amrayu:
Is that the game show with Ito Shiro & Imada Koji? I think it's called IQ Sapuri or something?

D-A isn't working now. Puppy Dog Eyes

It is an amusing show though. But I can never get those word games in the beginning. Nut

Yup I sit there and attempt to see how much Japanese I know by trying to answer the questions. The Hanawa segment is funny but I don't get the answer most times. Sweat

Trying to get back on track, thanks amrayu for Gokusen. I watched it RAW when it came out, so it's nice to see it subbed. Great job. Applaud

i don't like the second season...gokusen isn't gokusen without Shin and the boys...i'm sorry..the Kattun boys just aren't doing it for me...

Gokusen is the sum of parts...take away a part...and it just doesn't work.

besides...all the storylines are the same as the first episode practically...so disappointing

Battlegirlai, I totally agree. How much variation can there be in a teacher and student dorama? Its the same predictable story line: bad students with good heart, teacher sets them on the right path.

Gokusen 2 had the highest viewership in last spring's dorama offerings. Makes me wonder if the high ratings was due to exceptionally poor competition during that season..... hehe In any case, with so much doramas out there , I hafta be selective in which ones I watch, so I have decided to give Goku 2 a miss.

I actually enjoyed Gokusen 2 a lot, but not because of the teacher/student interaction. The reason I enjoyed both Gokusens is because of the interaction between Yankumi (Nakama Yukie) & the kouchou sensei (Namase Katsuhisa). As long as those two were there, the drama was worth watching for me! hehe

boxtorrents.com...but its bundled with the series subbed by SARS...if you have all the SARS fansubs already, just load them on your drive, make sure the filenames match the files on boxtorrents and start the torrent on top of them...that way it only downloads the special

I love Gokusen. It was one of the funniest dramas, that I ever seen. Smile
My favourites are Shin, Uchi and Minami. Smile

Actually, you CAN download individual files out of torrent batch, some BT clients like BitTornado allow you do this. So it is very easy to do.

I don't remember exactly about the Gokusen special, but it might have been released at d-addicts.com individually. I'd check there too.

But unfortunatelly, there's only Bittorrent. I don't like it, because it's very slow, when you download it. But better, than nothing. Bonk
