That's a good point...I had a pretty good one @ Musha as well....hmmm...16 percent is pretty high for nigorizake...the one I have is only 12.5%

I dunno izakayas are just my style....I like to eat at fine dining establishments but I feel most at home at a good izakaya...lots of small plates of good food without pretension or attitude. Victory! Peace!
