One of the guys at work decided he needs to "get in shape" so, during lunch, he jogs around the parking lot. Then, as soon as he got done today, he lit up a cigarette!

One of our expert technical staff will be happy to touch base with you and facilitate your paradigm shift. At this point, we would also like to open up new communication pathways so that we can hit the ground running with the proper team player to resolve this issue. At the end of the day, we realize that this is mission-critical and we strive to improve our core competencies. As you know, there is no I in team, and we did not foresee this issue arising on our radar screens. I hope that we are now, on the same page, as this could become a value proposition and increase the overall value of the ****** brand resulting in a win-win situation using bleeding edge technology.
Please keep me posted on your thought process, because we are all in this together for the long haul.
