I searched about the root of Konno family and found some interesting things.

Konno is a branch of Oshu Kon clan. And the above symbol is the family crest of Kon clan.
In late Heian Era, Kon clan ruled the area of Keshen-Gun which is located in mordern Iwate Prefecture.

She might not receive it tho. The majority of the time, the agency staff open and read letters. Your package might make a staff member's girlfriend happy. Sweat
