Since the company is non-profit and didn't make any money out of the ad, I cannot bring myself to sue them (Imagine how bad that would look). If anything, I should kick my lazy agent's ass; it is the agent's duty to double check the drafts and followup,,

Regarding the ad: It is nothing to serious other than the fact that people may think I have AIDS after the way they presented the ad (with the serious picture of me and all). But I can care less. Only retards would think real AIDs patient would model for a regular ad like that. Plus, where can they get such a Genki AIDs patient, ne?

Yup..it's the agent duty to do that..besides looking at an agreement is very tedious and boring.
