I'm actually putting lot of work and junk in my hair. I even have some paste called "Out of Bed", but half the time it ends up in a bad hair day.

Simple. They have hairstylist, makeup artist and all the rest. Since they probably spend a few hours each day getting fixed up. The very reason why they mostly look like crap when they get photographed during their off days. We'd probably all look great, if we had the same treatment. If only there were some kind of photoshop filter I could use for my everyday life.
