There was an Earthquake? Wow I must of slept through it, just like all the other earthquakes in California. In any case I'm alright.
yup i think alotta ppl just 'sleept trhought it' since it was pretty early in the morning and i was coming home so didn't feel a thing...isn't that sad how we've gotten used to them now!? Crazy

A sad event. Hopefully this event won't occur in the future. My friend was ok (no physical damage, only mental shock but overcame later), no damage to his house.
it'll always happen in the future its inevitable... mental shock? how long has ur friend lived here? juist wondering...

If so I thought you should know that Asahya books in Little Tokyo will be closing their doors on the last day of the month and apparently everything in the store is on clearance as of the 7th which was a week ago. Everything started at 10% off and I am sure this week it will be even lower or at least I hope so as I want to see about getting some music ^_^

Well, I was told from a worker that they already have a Torrence store but that they are glearing out by sell off on the merchandise rather then sending it to the other location. So Clearance it is. Just thought I would post as it's a sale and should help many people out with music and such as the real Japanese artists cd's tend to be rather expensive

Hmm, Potato-guy, I'm not sure... You've gotta hook up to the 110 freeway somehow and exit on 3rd street... The 10 fwy maybe?

The best time to go is in August for the Nisei Week Festival... All kinds of great stuff going on: Taiko, Ikebana displays, a parade, and food, food, FOOD! hehe

congratulations! hehe sorry this is a funny post my cousin and friends goes to sdsu though but anyway.. the best thing u do is just be yourself, dont try to pls. people by just fitting in but just to answer your question, mostly college students just chill to coffee shops, boba bars or idk what else.. goin to clubs maybe? try to involve as much as school club activities that makes u feel comfortable and start things from there..

never talk or compared about where ure from unless they ask, cuz they dont care hehe jk idk.. from my experience meeting people.. they dont care where u came from unless they're really concern or interested.. (i think i just said this repeatedly Nut ) but thats just me.. ganbatte neh Mr Green
