Ok ok ok. I know this has nothing to do with Japanese dramas, language, culture, or nantoka (whatever). But I've been wondering about this for a long time. I'm sure others may pose same but here goes....................
The question I have is about dreams. I don't see a shrink because they are toooooooooooooooooo freakin' expensive anyway!
So, I've been having these dreams about flying for a long time now. (about 3-4 years) Flying without a parachute or any "contraption", but just flying normally (like Superman for that matter).
I know everyone in this forum is smart. (Except for some who can't take a joke and still hold it against me!!!!!!! And you know who you are!!! JUST KIDDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Everyone is from different countries with different education levels who are different ages and who hold different personal experiences.
So, has anyone heard about this, read about it or experienced it??????????? I'm curious to know what my dreams are trying to tell me (if there is such a thing) and why. I'm sure others may wonder the same thing about his/her own dreams.
So, anyone who's taken psychology or is a psychologist or knows about this, PLEASE ADVISE ME and the rest of us who are still in question also!!!!
Your response is appreciated.
Anyone else wanna share about his/her if any???? Or am I the only psycho in this forum???????????!!!!!!!!!
Hehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehe
Let all who are pondering know!!!

hey guess what???
i had this dream once!!! after i watched sabrina the teenage witch movie i so wanna fly!!~
anyway, i've run a search and this is what i found...
Dreams of flying are common and most people can recall having flown in a dream or two. There are many ideas as to what this means. Some people believe that flying in our dreams can be an actual out of body experience, that we go to places on this physical plane as well as into the inner planes (mostly the Astral). Edgar Cayce thought that Astral travel or "soul travel" might be a precursor to becoming lucid in a dream. Carl Jung's idea was that in a flying dream we are expressing our desire to break free of restrictions and limitations. We have a desire to be free and above all difficulties! Alfred Adler thought that this dream was a type of a superiority dream in which we reveal the desire to dominate and be above others. Focusing on the libido, Freud thought that flying was another way to express sexual desires. Dreams of unfettered flying, being able to soar freely and without hindrance to desired path, are indicators of self confidence, feelings of personal power and control, and of being gon top of it all.h The details of your dream will give you clues as to what it symbolizes, if your dream was a spiritual experience or ego based. Enjoy it, flying is fun!

Yo Michi. Arigatou! This is what I conclude so far according from the link you provided.
"If you notice green trees and vegetation below you in flying, you will suffer temporary embarrassment, but will have a flood of prosperity upon you."
Also,
"For a young man to dream that he is flying with white wings above green foliage, foretells advancement in business, and he will also be successful in love. If he dreams this often it is a sign of increasing prosperity and the fulfilment of desires."
And last of all,
"To fall while flying, signifies your downfall.
God! Am I doomed or what???????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't swim a lot anymore. Stopped going to the beach because I haven't had the time to lift weights recently. Don't want to look like Sumotori on beach. GF says it's all in my mind. I still ain't gonna go to the beach until I start to go back to the gym.
I can relate Loveless! When I was a kid about same age, I dreamt that I was walking to the bathroom to take a pee. The dream I had was so detailed that I could today, still remember it. So, anyway, I dreamt that I took a pee and when I woke up (right after the dream) I peeed myself!!!!! Whoo hoo hoo hoo! Funny ain't it? -Only happened once though!

If that's the case, no wonder I'm always flying.

Dreams of flying through the sky or floating in the air is perfectly normal. As are dreams of being seen naked.
Kichigaichaude! |
I was just kind of curious about the meaning of all of it though. Michi's link posted earlier kind of helped. But you know how people have many different opinions of dream interpretation.......
Although I've never dreamt of being seen naked, I've dreamt about seeing GIRLS NAKED!!!!
