Hot diggity! Thanks ap.

As to when it goes up... speaking for myself, I'm in no huge rush.

Just knowing that you have it, and are planning to put it up, allows me to stop cursing PG&E, Comcast, and the Weather, with each passing breath.

Now I'll have to find something else to curse.

Hi, I'm new to the boards, but old to KTSF (been watching since the mid-90s).

I've been reading that people are wondering when the continuation of Haru e Natsu will air. I noticed when they were showing the previews for Episode 3, there was some Japanese at the bottom that said they would be airing it on Saturday evening. Presumably that means tomorrow. I would start watching (or taping) from 8 pm to be on the safe side.

Okay, I took a look at the kanji that appeared at the end of the 4 hour New Year's broadcast and extracted this:

yjuΊ̖@ԑgvIAv܂B
ǂ悤@ûق΂񂮂݁vイ傤Aق܂B

Which I gather to mean that they will finish Egao no Hosoku before finishing Haru to Natsu. But then again they are planning to air the Japan Record Awards show next week at the 8pm timeslot?? I believe?

*It's great to be able to look up kanji at WWWJDIC and my dictionary*

You know...if corporations like Fuji are going to buy airtime...why don't they do it like they mean it? They way they do it is crap.

That's how I'd read it too.

I'm surprised. I would have expected them to replace Yoshitune with the last three episodes of Haru to Natsu. Yoshitune will end next episode, and the first episode of NHK's newest Taiga Dorama doesn't begin in Japan until tomorrow. (I'm sure it takes a little time to subtitle.)

I'm glad there wasn't all that much digital stop-and-go during Egao no Housoku. Yuko was so cute before she got knocked up.

Choppy as well over here in San Jose -- almost to the point of being unwatchable!!

Why does KTSF hate us so? Puppy Dog Eyes

Oh boy, I hope one of you guys was able to record Haru to Natsu and are planning to put it up for download.

If Creidesca's programming schedules are correct (http://socaldramas.fateback.com/), I should have the entire show in the bag in five weeks. Smile

Wish me luck for five weeks of clear reception. Sweat

Well, I assume KTSF will split the final episode of Yoshitsune in two. Then it will take another 3 weeks to show the end of Haru to Natsu. Then we can expect an old movie -- as a special -- and that will be spread out over 3 weeks... so we're probably talking 2 months before they can start the next Taiga. Should be plenty of time to get the subbing process under way.

Based on what I read, I expect KTSF to air Haru to Natsu in the Egao timeslot. But of course, I could have interpreted it incorrectly.

You know, they might finish airing Haru down there before they air the continuation up here. Sweat

I concur. When is Egao supposed to end?

According to what Dochira posted, it'll run after Egao no Housoku. But I don't doubt your guess that we'll get a movie or something to run in the meantime after Yoshitsune is over.

The sixth episode of Egao was last Saturday, and next week we're going to have that awards show, so it'll probably start up again on the 21st rather than continuing on the 14th.

There's a total of 11 episodes to Egao so we have at least five episodes to go and possibly six since the last episode might be split in two. So we're talking a final airing date for Egao of the February 18th or the 25th (assuming no more interruptions).

My guess is that Haru to Natsu will start up again on March 4th.

An email reply I received from Fuji-TV (dated 1/9/06) says:
< "Haru e Natsu" will be continued on March 4 from 8-9pm for
another 6 weeks, when the English Subtitles be added to the series. >
FYI.

Thanks for the update. Maybe it's just me, or is waiting until March a tad bit long for the continuation??

Ah! Thanks esango.

That's why I started this thread. I figured that the only way to actually figure out what KTSF was showing, and when they were showing it, would be to get a few dozen fans poking around and sending emails.

KTSF does not make it easy.

dochira

It ain't just you.

But this time I'm ahead of the game because I didn't get to see the first couple of episodes because of a power out.

Now I'm certain bmw will have captured the entire series before we even sniff part 3.

Maybe we should send him cookies and pies to insure he'll be in a generous mood.
