If you want to see the cast of Waterboys 2, just search it...but I still think Waterboys 2 was good, even though I haven't seen the first one, or the movie...

Kimura Ryo, well he's pretty much in EVERY episode...he's an odd boy, and kind of scares me...eh, may be that's because he's the same age as me..but I'm still OLDER THAN HIM
I find him to be an "ok" actor...not as good as Ichihara Hayato, Koike Teppei or Nakao Akiyoshi...

I have seen movie and the two seasons of the Dorama but I prefer the first part better because to me, the first one was more funny than the second one. Seeing them doing the synchro makes me follow the beat too

Yea, i think the first one's better because the challanges are harder. Looks like in the second one, the boys can get many helps easily, especially from their teacher. In the first one, not easy to get helps like that. And the character development in the firt one's better.
But still, i like the second one too, totally like it because of KOIKE TEPPEI.....!!!!! He looks very cute and funny....

Me too.. I'm among the few that like Waterboys 2 better than 1. Maybe it's because I watch the the second series first. When Waterboys 1 came out I wasn't really interested it.. I actually felt the same way towards Waterboys 2 and it wasn't until episode 2 and onwards I got hocked.

Waterboys the movie is really funny and I suggest you all to watch it.

I thought Waterboys 1 was okay.. and I didn't really enjoy it as much as Waterboys 2. Yamada's family in Waterboys 1 is really annoying. His mom doesn't support him and his sister is just plain annoying. His dad was the only nice one. And the female lead.. I didn't think she has great chemisty with Yamada.

I'll try to see if D-Addicts has the first series, and watch it....my sis and mom did see the movie one, but I didn't watch it for that long because it was odd for me at the time, and now, to see guys in speedos...even though they have the body to show for it...

The most pronounced part I remember in the movie that was hilarious, was when the guy with the afro got his hair caught on fire...lol, and that's the actor in Last Christmas who sings too...lol...

Waterboys II is a very nice drama , when I watch it I haven't watch the Waterboy (Movie VEr.) & Waterboys (TV Ver.).
The story is very funny, got tears & very touch (especially the music club is jam at the road to the country, the boys go to rescue them~)
Because of this drama I start to collect the Japanese Drama~~ <H2> , <Emergencry 24 hrs I,II, SP, III>, <101 loves> (Superb touch), <Wonderful Lide>, <Hotman I, II>, <Fireboys>...etc

Because of <Waterboys II> , i start to like Ishihara Satomi @!@!!!

anyone knows where to get waterboys 2 with english subtitles(either soft-subs or hard-subs)?

i have watch both waterboys drama but haven't watch the movie yet... I love both drama...it have its own charisma. I love both of it!!!
