the chinese site is quite nice, but they haven't updated for a while (more like 2 years). I like the illustrations they have on the second site. yeah i haven't found anything else other than those two either.

I think:
Matsu is pine tree
Yama is mountain
Kaze is wind

Usually. There are alternative Kanji, check the link for more detail.
