I once thought the same thing. But now (money withstanding) I'd fly business or first class for long-haul flights (eg to Asia). With seats that recline nearly 180 degrees, more entertainment options, better food/alcohol selection, it's the only way to fly (if you can afford it).

lol more room, each to his own... most drinks on planes are crap anyways... lol some international flights get better drinks however.

I like screwing around with expedia... LOL flying out of JFK tommorow and setting it for Japan lol and first class LOL comes out to $8,000 for a ticket.
